Billing and renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans charge the full annual amount shown on the plan card. Waffo, our Merchant of Record, calculates and collects applicable taxes during checkout.
Credits and refunds
Subscription credits do not roll over. Credits expiring soonest are used first, followed by permanent credits. A failed generation restores credits to their original batches and original expiry dates.
Manage or cancel a subscription in payment settings. Refund eligibility and request methods are described in our Terms of Service. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself issue a refund.
